Customer Engagement

At Electronic Futures, we firmly believe in both Excellent Customer Service, and Continuous Improvement.  While we look forward to hearing your success stories, we also want to hear your suggestions for improvement.

From time to time, we also conduct surveys to do market research to facilitate planning new product and service offerings.  We value your time, and appreciate any input you are willing to provide to assist us in these endeavors. 

Surveys can be completed anonymously, or you can identify yourself if you wish.  We do not share any feedback with third parties, nor will we start spamming or harassing you regarding your survey, unless you give us permission to follow-up with you. 

We want to hear from you either way, but of course we can't give you a prize if we don't know who you are, or if you don't want us to contact you!  So be sure to give us your name if you want to enter the contest!

Instructions & Rules

 

1. Each unique Google Review or survey that is completed honestly by a Qualified Individual, will be entered into the next prize draw. 
Falsified Google Reviews, Incomplete surveys, surveys with false information, and surveys completed more than once, will all be excluded from the draw. 

2. A Qualified Individual is 18 years of age or older, and fits into one of the following categories:

    A) The Qualified Individual works at a business in Northern BC (Terrace, Kitimat, Prince Rupert, Smithers, and surrounding rural areas), knows how computers and networks are used and maintained within their organization, and has completed our IT Infrastructure & Services Market Surveys within the period of time identified for the prize draw

    B) The Qualified Individual has been at our store and made a purchase during the period of time identified for the prize draw.  The Qualified Individual has retained their receipt for this purchase (to be reproduced when claiming their prize), and completed all our Customer Satisfaction Surveys applicable to their purchase(s).

3. Returning all the items purchased on an invoice will invalidate that draw entry. 

4. For a drawn Invoice that was charged to a credit account to be considered a winner, the account must be in good standing (not in arrears) at the time of the draw.

5. Winners of our Customer Engagement Prize Giveaways will be announced in-store and on our website only; it is the responsibility of prize entrants to either visit the store, OR check back here to see if they have won. 

6. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, and picked up by the Qualified Individual directly at our store, within 15 business days of the draw.  Prizes are deemed to have no cash value, and substitution is not permitted.  Unclaimed prizes will be awarded to another Qualified Individual drawn on the 16th business day.

7. This contest is not endorsed or affiliated in any way with Facebook.  Participants agree that Facebook shall have no liability in regards to this contest.
